Caerfarchell is a peaceful hamlet and a designated conservation area in the Pembrokeshire National Park. Recently renovated, The Old Tailor’s Shop is a semi detached property overlooking the village green with a parking space outside the cottage for one car.
It is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful St David’s peninsula, being a five minute drive from the Cathedral City of St David’s and the pretty harbour of Solva. There are a number of excellent pubs and restaurants in the area and St David’s has a supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, butchers, fruit and vegetable shop and a Post Office.
The hamlet provides easy driving access to some of the stunning beaches in the area, White sands Bay, Newgale Sands, Caerfai Bay, Broad Haven to name a few and the coastal path for walking. The former St David’s airfield which is now a nature sanctuary is ideal for walking dogs and bird watching is a ten minute walk from the cottage.
The cottage is newly furnished with a large living room, and open plan kitchen and dining area and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms – one double, and one twin room. Central heating, double glazing and a wood burning stove ensure the cottage is warm & cosy in the winter months.
The cottage has wireless broadband and freeview TV.
The garden is enclosed and paved with garden furniture. Care should be taken in the garden with young children, as there is a drop from the paved area.
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept downstairs and off the furniture.
The house is strictly non smoking please.
